GATA GLOBAL is a Headhunting and Outsourcing agency specializing in providing recruitment consulting services or ITO (information technology outsourcing) for both domestic and international enterprises.

History

After 5 years of operation as a freelance IT recruitment team, GATA Global has evolved into a start-up that mainly focuses on recruiting services, with 20 selected active employees and a group of more than 300 infrequent collaborators (Internal Recruiters and Headhunters).

GATA has been supporting recruitment consulting for more than 150 Startups (mostly we build core teams for them) and some outsourcing companies)

What you will do:

Business and Marketing Admin (50%):

  • Interacting, receiving, and clarifying recruitment requirements from clients

  • Update jobs to the Notion platform

  • Weekly update and announce job status for GATA's recruitment collaborator groups

  • Announce interview results, new jobs to recruiment collaborators through email, groups, fanpage, etc.

  • Follow up the system process daily

  • Check and administer GATA's fanpage (FB, Linkedin) and Zalo Channel on a daily basis

HR (50%)

  • Create and post the job posters on company’s social media channels, company websites, etc.

  • Lead and coordinate with the recruitment team members

  • Manage the candidate data (updating results, submitting resumes, set interview calendar)

  • Send resumes to clients and make schedule meeting by interacting between parties

  • Checking English level of candidates

  • Announce interview results, new jobs to candidates and Freelance Collaborators through email, groups, fanpage, etc.

  • Other tasks assigned by Operation Leader

Requirements:

  • Online available

  • Eager to learn new things and highly proactive

  • Be responsible for yourself (good health, ambition, and self-discipline)

  • Have a positive attitude, honesty, keen mind, and the ability to be adaptable.

  • Understanding of management software (Google Suite, Notion) or social media (FB, Linkedin, Zalo, Telegram)
